When you first reach out, we listen.

You’ll tell us about your wish list, your property and what you’re hoping to achieve.

We’ll then ask questions and assess the scope of your project.

Fit matters to us, so If your project isn’t right for our team, whether it’s outside our specialty, schedule, or service area, we’ll tell you honestly and point you toward someone better suited where we can.

2. Site Meeting & Visit - No Payment Required

Where Ideas Take Shape.

We’ll meet you on-site to walk the property, talk through your vision and get a real feel for what’s possible.

This is where ideas start taking shape, and where we get honest about budget early, before anyone’s invested time or money.

If your project calls for design work, we’ll outline a design fee range at this stage.

3. Design Phase - Payment May Be Required

From Wish List To Blueprint.

Once a design contract is signed, we go to work.

This phase covers site surveys, zoning and bylaw research, material selection, and concept development.

In other words, everything needed to turn your wish list into a buildable plan.

You’ll receive drawings or renderings that show exactly what we’re proposing, so there are no guessing games when construction begins.

4. Revisions & Final Scope of Work - No Payment Required

Your Input, Line By Line.

Designs evolve, and your input drives the revisions.

Once we’ve landed on a plan you’re happy with, we deliver a final scope of work along with a fully itemized cost breakdown.

No vague line items, no “miscellaneous” buckets.

You’ll see what you’re paying for, line by line.

5. Contract & Deposit - Payment Required

Making It Official.

With the design and itemized estimate approved, we present a construction contract that secures your spot in our build schedule and ask for a 20% deposit to confirm that booking.

The rest is structured as progress payments tied to project milestones.

You pay as the work is completed, not on a calendar.

6. Permits & Pre-Construction Meeting - No Payment Required

Paperwork Handled, Questions Answered.

If your project needs permits, we handle the paperwork and coordinate with the municipality on your behalf.

Before any shovels hit the ground, we hold a pre-construction meeting with you, your foreman, and any trades involved.

It’s your chance to ask every question you’ve got, and ours to make sure everyone is aligned on the plan.

7. Project Begins - Progress Payments

The plan becomes real.

This is where the plan becomes real.

Your dedicated foreman is your point of contact start to finish, and we keep you informed throughout with no need to chase us for updates.

We treat your property like our own: site protection, daily cleanup, and respect for your routine.

Any changes mid-build are documented and approved in writing before work continues.

8. Completion & Handover - Final Payment

Your space is complete.

We walk the finished space with you, address any final details, and make sure everything meets your expectations before we call the project done.

You’ll receive your warranty documentation and care guidance for your new space, and we may stop back as plants establish and hardscape settles in (because our relationship doesn’t end at the final invoice).

We don’t publish fixed timeframes because every property, scope, and permit situation is different and we’d rather give you an honest estimate tailored to your project than a generic number that sets the wrong expectation.
